'It's taken me a long time to find the right words to describe this recording, theres something somewhat intangible about its complete departure from the bands prior material, standing apart from their body of work. New Armour's swan song recorded as a four piece live off the floor before unfortunately falling apart (before the tape could even be released) cementing a certain inescapable tonality of essence. Its a sense of longing and distain nestled in the layers of feedback which carry through the duration of the recording, fleeting but always present and often only noticed in the moments of calm.'
